Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

Our Adolescent PHP provides structured, experiential treatment for teens ages 12 to 17 who are struggling with emotional, behavioral and interpersonal challenges. The program is designed to help adolescents build the skills necessary for daily functioning in a supportive, therapeutic environment.

Cedar Springs - Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

Adolescent PHP Services

Our partial hospitalization program (PHP) for adolescents is a structured, intensive outpatient treatment program for serious mental health conditions that involves several hours of care daily but does not require patients to stay overnight. The program includes four hours of structured programming each day from Monday through Friday. Patients then return home to resume their normal daily activities.

Why Choose the Cedar Springs Adolescent PHP?

We recommend this program for adolescents who need structured, skill-based support in a therapeutic environment while remaining connected to their home and community. Our main goal for each patient during their stay in our PHP is to help them build skills they’ll need for long-term success.

The program focuses on:

  • Developing essential life skills needed for emotional and social functioning
  • Building resiliency and optimism for long-term wellness
  • Family involvement with weekly family sessions
